胡蘿蔔carotte 500g
新鮮未煮的甜菜betterave 500g
薄荷monthe
◆調味料:
鹽sel、黑胡椒poivre
橄欖油huile
紅酒醋vinaigre
◆作法:
- 將胡蘿蔔及甜菜洗淨去皮刨絲後,一起放入沙拉碗中。
- 加入調味料攪拌均勻,灑上切碎的薄荷,放入冷藏冰涼後,即可食用!
